Produced by Peter Baumann after his departure from Tangerine Dream, is described as a resolution of the Cluster's various styling and elements conveyed up to that point in their history. You get a healthy dose of their classically styled, ambient period, the stylistic apex of which was Sowiesoso. Yet, as in the fascinating title track that encompasses all of the second side, one also hears an updating of the band's earlier days, more experimental and less cozy. But pervading all of the pieces is, generally speaking, an ascetic minimalism much like the stark, black and white album cover drawn by Moebius.
